Vacancy for Office Messenger

Job Summary:
The Office Messenger is responsible for running office errands, delivering documents, and supporting general office tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Collect and deliver documents, packages, and mail within and outside the office.
-Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
-Ensure timely and safe delivery of important files and correspondence.
-Maintain confidentiality of documents handled.
-Help with making deliveries to clients, banks, and government offices.
-Assist in basic office tasks such as setting up meeting rooms and organizing supplies.
-Run errands such as paying utility bills or banking tasks.
-Maintain an organized record of deliveries and collections.
-Keep the assigned messenger equipment (e.g., bike, delivery bags) clean and in good condition.
-Support administrative tasks when requested.

-Qualifications:
-KCSE Certificate (D plain or above).
-Valid driving license (if motorcycle or company vehicle provided).
-Good knowledge of Nairobi / town routes (or specific city).
-Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
-Previous experience as a messenger or office assistant is an advantage but not required.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (8 am – 5 pm), occasional Saturdays.
Overtime possible depending on tasks.
