🧽 Responsibilities
- Clean public areas, restrooms, mirrors, windows, and carpets
- Change bed linen, towels, and restock bathroom amenities
- Handle guest laundry pickup/delivery and turndown services
- Check inventory post-checkout and report missing items
- Ensure all room electronics and appliances function well
- Maintain cleanliness of trolleys, vacuum cleaners, brushes, etc.
- Respond to guest inquiries promptly and politely
- Report defects or lost and found items to the supervisor
- Understand room layouts and categories
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Perform any additional assigned duties
