๐ Position Overview
We are hiring Customer Service Attendants to support our laundry services. You’ll interact with customers, manage transactions, and ensure top-tier service. Key performance indicators include maintaining customer retention rates, meeting sales targets, and upholding quality service standards.
๐ ️ Responsibilities
- Receiving, tagging, booking, and invoicing orders.
- Handling transactions via phone, email, social media, or in-person.
- Managing daily branch operations and upholding service standards.
- Maintaining 80%+ customer retention through follow-ups and service delivery.
- Cross-selling services and meeting daily sales and order goals.
- Reconciliation of payments and stock control.
- Resolving issues with internal teams and collecting feedback.
- Participating in departmental meetings and service improvement.
๐ Qualifications
- Diploma in Front Office, Sales & Marketing, Laundry, or Housekeeping.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in laundry services.
- Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of garment care and dry-cleaning processes is an added advantage.
- Basic computer skills and POS systems experience.
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
