📌 Key Responsibilities
- Drive both primary and secondary sales across the assigned region
- Lead and supervise a sales team of 10–15 members
- Utilize computer systems and analytical tools to interpret sales data
- Build and manage distributor, wholesaler, and retailer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and drive territory expansion
- Implement trade marketing strategies and local promotions
- Monitor competitors and gather market intelligence
- Ensure timely debt collection and credit control practices
- Train and motivate field sales reps (if applicable)
🎯 Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales role
- Proven track record in distribution management and route planning
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
