We are looking for a personable, organized, and proactive individual who enjoys being the face of a company while ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes. As the first point of contact for visitors, the receptionist will also provide vital administrative support across the office.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field. A Bachelor's degree is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Friendly, reliable, and customer-service oriented.
  • High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
