Key Responsibilities
- Inspect repossessed motorcycles, document damages, and recommend repairs.
- Conduct car valuations using industry-standard techniques.
- Install GPS trackers and SIM cards on vehicles.
- Perform minor motorcycle repairs and maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance to clients during the loan application process.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and generate reports.
- Ensure quality assurance, compliance, and safety standards.
- Identify fraudulent vehicles, assess condition holistically, and report discrepancies.
- Cultivate positive client relationships through technical support.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in engineering or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in English and Swahili.
- Knowledge of the Kenyan car market, vehicle features, and technical structure.
- High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and planning ability.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Driver’s License - BCE category.
