Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through email, phone, live chat, and social media
- Support customers with orders, shipping, product details, and returns
- Provide thoughtful, high-quality responses that reflect our service standards
Requirements
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- At least 1 year of online/remote customer service experience
- Experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset
Technical Requirements
- Personally owned PC or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent
- Minimum 15 Mbps for both upload and download internet speed
