Role Description
Position: Receptionist
Location: Kisumu County, Kenya (On-site)
Employment: Full-time
Experience: 5+ Years in hospitality industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out processes
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Handle reservations and provide information about resort services
- Compile daily reports and perform clerical duties
- Maintain clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

- Diploma or equivalent in hospitality or related field (bonus)
