Role Description

Position: Receptionist
Location: Kisumu County, Kenya (On-site)
Employment: Full-time
Experience: 5+ Years in hospitality industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out processes
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally
  • Handle reservations and provide information about resort services
  • Compile daily reports and perform clerical duties
  • Maintain clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

  • 5+ Years of experience in the hospitality industry
  • Diploma or equivalent in hospitality or related field (bonus)
