Food and Beverage Manager at Desert Rose Resort Kisumu


Desert Rose Resort Kisumu is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations/F&B Manager to lead our food and beverage operations. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional passionate about hospitality, exceptional service, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring high service standards.

• Manage food and beverage inventory, procurement, and cost control.

• Develop and implement operational policies and SOPs to enhance efficiency.

• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

• Maintain hygiene, health, and safety compliance in all F&B areas.

• Drive revenue growth through innovative F&B promotions and strategies.

• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements for service excellence.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless resort operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in bar and restaurant management.

• Must be located in the Western region of Kenya.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage budgets, and costs, and drive profitability.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in F&B operations.
