📝 Job Objective
To professionally manage the reception area and ensure that all visitors, patients, and clients receive timely, courteous, and compassionate service.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients with registration and documentation.
- Process admissions and manage discharge procedures.
- Communicate with insurance providers for pre-authorizations and coverage verification.
- Ensure compliance with policies for staff, prepaid, and insurance clients.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Ensure client satisfaction through communication, follow-up, and feedback management.
- Uphold company policies including fraud prevention and audit compliance.
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
🎓 Person Specification
- Diploma or Degree in Health Records and Management.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hospital setup.
- Customer-focused and results-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Highly responsive, responsible, and ethical.
