Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution and Customer Relationship Management
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across retail, wholesale, and institutional channels.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners.
- Conduct regular field visits to existing and prospective clients to generate leads and close deals.
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support.
Market Development and Expansion
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and growth areas.
- Develop strategies to expand our distribution network and enhance brand visibility.
- Participate in trade shows, market activations, and community outreach to boost brand awareness.
Sales Planning and Reporting
- Work with the operations office to set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track sales performance against targets and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Provide customer feedback to inform product development, pricing, and marketing strategies.
Product Knowledge and Promotion
- Maintain deep knowledge of all MAMLO FOODS products and unique selling points.
- Educate customers and retailers on product benefits, usage, and nutritional value.
- Support promotional campaigns and contribute ideas for sales and marketing initiatives.
Data and Systems Management
- Maintain updated customer records, sales data, and activity logs using CRM or spreadsheets.
- Recommend improvements to sales tracking systems and performance dashboards.
Qualifications and ExperienceEducation:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably within a startup, FMCG, or agri-based company.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in field sales and distributor relationship management is a plus.
