We are in need of a highly motivated and organized Entry Level Administrator to join our team in Eldoret. As an Entry Level Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining files
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and invoices
- Contribute to the development of administrative policies and procedures
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player
This is an entry level position with a salary of $1100 per month. The successful candidate must be able to work without accommodation. This position is urgent so we are seeking candidates who are available to start immediately.
