Vacancy for Assitant Store Keeper

Job Summary:
The Assistant Store Keeper will support the Store Keeper in managing and maintaining store inventory, ensuring accuracy in stock levels, and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming stock deliveries.
Properly label and store goods in designated areas.
Help maintain accurate stock records and documentation.
Assist in issuing materials as per requisition and update stock ledgers.
Support regular inventory checks and stock-taking exercises.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the store at all times.
Report any stock discrepancies or damages to the Store Keeper.
Follow company procedures and safety protocols in the store area.

Qualifications & Skills:
KCSE Certificate or equivalent.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word is an advantage).
Good organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to lift and move items when needed.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in a store/warehouse environment is an added advantage but not mandatory.
