We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our collections team. The Collections Agent will be responsible for managing missed payment procedures, handling a high volume of emails and calls, and performing various administrative tasks to support the department’s daily operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Strong judgment and decision-making abilities
- Capacity to analyze multiple factors within a file to determine the best outcome for both the client and the company
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and process a high volume of emails and calls efficiently
Assets / Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Experience in collections or a related field
- Bilingualism (especially in Spanish or French) is a strong asset
