What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ Year of experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using customer support tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk (preferred).
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets .
  • Calm and solution-focused under pressure.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce and CRM systems is a plus.

Tech Requirements:

  • Personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor .
  • Stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speeds.
