Key Responsibilities
🔸 Be the first and last impression: welcome clients with energy, close them with class
🔸 Manage appointments, walk-ins, and VIP guests
🔸 Enforce punctuality, cleanliness, and professionalism across the spa floor
🔸 Follow up on leads, client referrals, and previous customers to boost bookings
🔸 Collaborate with the marketing team on promos, outreach, and content ideas
🔸 Track performance metrics: daily bookings, client retention, upsells
🔸 Handle payments for check-ins, and basic admin tasks
Must-Haves
🔸 Experience at a front-facing role (preferably in a spa, salon, or customer service) will be an added advantage.
🔸 Fierce organizational and leadership skills
🔸 Familiarity with appointment booking systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and social media
🔸 Confident communication – in-person, on the phone, or over WhatsApp/IG

🔸 90%+ booking fill rate per week
🔸 All team members showing up, cleaned up, and on time – every day
🔸 Front desk revenue-generating activities (cross-sells, rebookings, new clients)
🔸 Smooth, welcoming, and professional client flow – no chaos
