Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Golf Caddie to assist golfers during their rounds. The caddie plays an essential role in enhancing the golfer’s experience by offering carrying or managing clubs, maintaining the course, and providing general support throughout the game.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry a player’s bag and/or manage a golf cart during the round.
Provide accurate distance information using course knowledge or range finders.
Maintain golf equipment (e.g., cleaning clubs, wiping golf balls).
Repair divots, rake bunkers, and fix ball marks to maintain course condition.
Assist with locating lost balls and navigating course hazards.
Offer general etiquette guidance to ensure smooth pace of play.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
Communicate effectively with golfers and course staff.
Follow all golf course rules, dress codes, and safety procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
Good physical fitness; ability to walk long distances and carry a golf bag (up to 20kg).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to remain professional, courteous, and focused during long rounds.
Punctuality and dependability.
Previous experience as a caddie is a plus but not required (training may be provided).
Compensation:
Hourly wage, caddie fee, plus tips
