As an Operations Assistant, you will support the digital workforce pipeline and operations. You will:
- Recruit and onboard digital (BPO) talent.
- Support and manage freelancers throughout their journey.
- Ensure quality control and performance tracking.
- Handle payroll and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operations.
✅ Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, HR, or talent management.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Tech-savvy and analytical mindset.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, proactive, and a great team player.
- Must be a Kenyan citizen.
