Responsibilities:

  • Monitor HR team emails and correspondence.
  • Manage Hubstaff and Hubspot accounts: add new members, handle deletions, and manage tickets.
  • Maintain accurate member records and manage data entry.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly HR Manpower Report.
  • Organize HR electronic documents.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years HR experience in a BPO setting. (required)
  • Previous HR Assistant or administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms, Canva).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and discretion with sensitive information.
