Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our market reach and increase revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key clients, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Work closely with government institutions, universities, engineering firms, and construction companies to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present product demonstrations, sales pitches, and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
2. Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Attend and represent Nariana Enterprises at trade shows, industry exhibitions, and conferences to generate leads and strengthen brand visibility.
- Manage social media presence and assist in creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms to engage with potential clients.
3. Technical Expertise & Product Knowledge
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and their applications to provide accurate technical advice to clients.
- Conduct product training sessions for clients, ensuring they understand the proper use and benefits of our equipment.
- Collaborate with the procurement and technical teams to stay updated on new products and innovations in the industry.
4. Reporting & Performance Management
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline progress, and market feedback to management.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Maintain an organized database of leads, customers, and sales activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction, laboratory, engineering, or industrial equipment sector.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate product specifications.
- Proven track record in strategic marketing planning and sales execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel across Kenya for sales meetings, exhibitions, and client visits.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
