🛠 What You’ll Do:
- 📞 Respond to inquiries via phone, live chat, email, and SMS with clarity and professionalism
- 🛒 Recommend products and assist with upselling/cross-selling
- 📦 Manage orders, shipping, tracking, returns, and refunds
- 🗣 Represent each brand’s unique voice and standards
- 📊 Record and share customer feedback to improve service
- 🤝 Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer journey
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- ✅ At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, customer service, or sales support
- ✍️ Excellent communication skills (written & spoken)
- 🛠 Familiarity with Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, or CRMs (a plus)
- 🧠 Calm under pressure and able to multitask remotely
- 🔍 Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and solutions-driven
