🏠 Sales & Marketing Executive – Optiven Real Estate
Job Summary:
Are you passionate about transforming society through economic and social empowerment? Optiven Real Estate is expanding and looking for ambitious, results-driven individuals to join our team as Sales & Marketing Executives in various regions.
📌 Duties & Responsibilities:
- ✅ Develop effective and consistent lead generation strategies
- ✅ Generate and manage a pipeline of sales prospects
- ✅ Close sales deals with potential customers
- ✅ Provide after-sales support and guide clients to obtain title deeds
- ✅ Support and promote the Optiven brand
- ✅ Perform other related tasks as assigned
🎯 Requirements:
- 🎓 Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related field
- 💻 Proficiency in MS Office and internet tools
- 📈 2–3 years’ experience in sales/marketing; real estate experience is a plus
- 📱 At least 2000 followers on social media
- 🚀 Must be ready to start work immediately
