  • Sales Development: Drive sales of honey and processed products to achieve revenue targets.
  • Processing & Packaging: Oversee the processing and packaging operations to ensure product quality and compliance.
  • Hygiene Standards: Ensure adherence to hygiene and food production standards throughout the production process.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new markets, generating successful leads to expand our customer base.
  • Sales & Packaging Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales and packaging strategies to enhance product visibility and market reach.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions and forums to promote our products.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Facilitate timely deliveries and optimize customer satisfaction through efficient service.
  • Market Monitoring: Monitor trends in food production and packaging to keep our offerings aligned with industry standards.
  • Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience working in a packaging company is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience engaging with regulatory authorities in the food production industry.
  • Self-driven with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
