Our client is an innovative startup dedicated to packaging and selling high-quality honey and processed products. They are seeking a dynamic and visionary Sales and Packaging Executive to join their team and drive our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Development: Drive sales of honey and processed products to achieve revenue targets.
- Processing & Packaging: Oversee the processing and packaging operations to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Hygiene Standards: Ensure adherence to hygiene and food production standards throughout the production process.
- Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new markets, generating successful leads to expand our customer base.
- Sales & Packaging Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales and packaging strategies to enhance product visibility and market reach.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions and forums to promote our products.
- Customer Satisfaction: Facilitate timely deliveries and optimize customer satisfaction through efficient service.
- Market Monitoring: Monitor trends in food production and packaging to keep our offerings aligned with industry standards.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
- Experience working in a packaging company is an added advantage.
- Proven experience engaging with regulatory authorities in the food production industry.
- Self-driven with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
