Assistant Digital Marketer

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Digital Marketers to join our dynamic team. This role combines sector-specific expertise with digital marketing proficiency to drive growth, foster impactful partnerships, and advance our mission of delivering sustainable development solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and execute targeted digital campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO)
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Participate in sector-focused forums, webinars, and online communities
  • Develop strategies for generating high-quality leads through digital channels
  • Work with sales team to nurture leads through the sales funnel
  • Configure, maintain, and effectively use the CRM system
  • Analyze data to improve client engagement strategies
  • Create engaging digital content (blogs, videos, newsletters)
  • Build and maintain robust digital presence across platforms

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Geography, Economics, Social Work, etc.)
  • Certification in digital marketing is mandatory
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Digital Marketing
  • Experience in Customer service, Sales, and marketing is an added advantage
  • Proficient in CRM systems and marketing automation tools
