Healthcare Support Assistant Position
Key Responsibilities
Client Care
- Prepares and serves refreshments for staff and clients
- Assists with personal hygiene (bathing, toileting)
- Helps with meals and feeding clients as necessary
- Provides vocal local techniques during procedures
Facility Maintenance
- Ensures cleanliness of the entire facility
- Maintains clean, pressed theatre and bed linen
- Keeps kitchen clean with hygienic utensil storage
- Follows infection prevention protocols
Administrative Duties
- Conducts reception activities and client registration
- Performs data entry and clerical tasks
- Maintains and documents petty cash usage
- Runs errands as requested by management
Financial Management
- Balances daily cash accounts
- Correct billing for cash and insurance clients
- Makes reconciliation reports
- Verifies insurance claims
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 'O' Level qualification
- Tertiary qualification in business studies, customer care, or similar (added advantage)
Skills
- 1+ year in office administration
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- High attention to detail
- Punctual and reliable
- Good organization skills
- Ability to work independently
- Trustworthy and responsible
