Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions and resolve inquiries promptly (within 24 hours)
  • Handle global case requests with follow-ups and accurate reporting
  • Coordinate with origin/destination teams for smooth communication
  • Ensure seamless clearance of inbound/outbound shipments
  • Analyze and improve customer retention strategies
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Investigate lost/damaged shipments and process documentation
  • Maintain data accuracy in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with Operations Team to meet requirements
  • Generate leads through telesales and upselling
