Position Overview
Our client, a leader in logistics services, seeks a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join their dynamic team. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions and resolve inquiries promptly (within 24 hours)
- Handle global case requests with follow-ups and accurate reporting
- Coordinate with origin/destination teams for smooth communication
- Ensure seamless clearance of inbound/outbound shipments
- Analyze and improve customer retention strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Investigate lost/damaged shipments and process documentation
- Maintain data accuracy in CRM systems
- Collaborate with Operations Team to meet requirements
- Generate leads through telesales and upselling
