●Diploma in Front Office Management, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field
●Training in healthcare reception/medical records is an added advantage
●Minimum of 1-2 years in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting
●Familiarity with healthcare environments is highly preferred
●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
