Job Title: Entry-Level Personal Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Entry-Level Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to an executive or manager. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist with personal errands, such as shopping, reservations, and event planning.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes when required.
- Run errands as needed (e.g., grocery shopping, dry cleaning, gift purchases).
- Assist with basic household tasks (if applicable).
- Conduct research and compile reports as requested.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation (if running errands is required).
- Previous administrative or assistant experience (internship or volunteer work acceptable).
Preferred (but not required):
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Calendly).
- Experience with expense tracking or basic bookkeeping.
