Job Overview
A prudent Sales Executive to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure continuous sales revenue
- Identifying prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals
- Guiding sellers and buyers in marketing/purchasing property at optimal terms
- Determining clients' needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable solutions
- Ensuring smooth sales administration and customer service operations
- Supporting branding and marketing strategy implementation
- Advising clients on property suitability and value during visits
- Accompanying clients during property inspections
- Providing periodic sales reports using CRM systems
- Researching competitors' products, pricing, and market success
- Developing innovative sales strategies
- Representing company at sales meetings and industry events
- Conducting property inspections and due diligence
- Marketing vacant spaces to attract tenants
- Sourcing properties and building landlord relationships
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in real estate sales management
- Proven success in full sales cycle from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Knowledge of sales techniques (rapport building, needs selling, negotiation)
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
