Job Overview

A prudent Sales Executive to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure continuous sales revenue
  • Identifying prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals
  • Guiding sellers and buyers in marketing/purchasing property at optimal terms
  • Determining clients' needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable solutions
  • Ensuring smooth sales administration and customer service operations
  • Supporting branding and marketing strategy implementation
  • Advising clients on property suitability and value during visits
  • Accompanying clients during property inspections
  • Providing periodic sales reports using CRM systems
  • Researching competitors' products, pricing, and market success
  • Developing innovative sales strategies
  • Representing company at sales meetings and industry events
  • Conducting property inspections and due diligence
  • Marketing vacant spaces to attract tenants
  • Sourcing properties and building landlord relationships

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in real estate sales management
  • Proven success in full sales cycle from planning to closing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of sales techniques (rapport building, needs selling, negotiation)
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
