📌 Job Opportunity: Sales Administrator – Mombasa or Kisumu
We are looking for highly organized and proactive Sales Administrators to support the Mombasa and Kisumu Hub Supervisors respectively in executing daily sales and operations, with a key focus on customer service and truck sales.
The job holders will provide administrative support, order processing, quotation preparation, and assist in coordination and communication between our Head Office and the Hubs.
They will also be responsible for weekly truck sales on specified routes within Mombasa and Kisumu respectively and their surroundings, expand existing routes, and help develop new ones while offering market research and feedback to boost market presence in the Coast and Western regions.
🎯 Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent customer experience at the hub
- Manage and execute daily customer transactions
- Achieve truck sales target of KES 3M/month by end of 2025
- Reconcile daily stock, cash, and banking with finance
- Maintain sufficient stock levels and request replenishments
- Coordinate between sales and operations, including credit order processing
🎓 Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in a business-related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in Customer Service or Office Administration
