Responsibilities
- Age Requirement-28-35 years Job Location-Kisumu-Miwani
- Incharge of recruitment and placement-Identifying the company recruitment gaps, drafting job advertisements, identify most efficient advertising channels, screening and shortlisting applications, scheduling and conducting interviews with departmental managers, conducting the interviews with the department managers for identification of suitable candidates. Sharing the job offers after confirming salary standards and communicating the joining documents required with successful candidates.
- Maintaining staff information in the HRIS system. (Joining date, bio-data, contract duration, emergency contact, education and experience information .etc.)
- New staff orientation on company policies.
- Follow the SOP for Employee Induction Procedures.
- Drafting weekly and monthly recruitment reports. Maintaining the recruitment tracking list and excel staff namelist.
- Any other duties assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory role in a busy H.R setup with experience in charge of recruitment.
- Preferably in a production set-up but not a must.
Skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Proficient in word, excel and PowerPoint. Good analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good decision-making skills and analytical skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Self-motivated and can work under minimum supervision.
