About the Job
Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational staffing needs with Business objectives.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offer negotiations.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Collaboration with Departmental Managers: Collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans by giving regular updates on recruitment progress and collaborate on candidate selection.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and promotion of the organization's employer brand and implement initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation.
- Reporting: Prepare regular recruitment reports for management including the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Keep track of the employee's rooster and update the employee status, ie, probation, Formal and terminated.
- Maintain the PS system in a timely manner and maintain the timeliness/accuracy of data on the pre-recruitment platform.
- Any other Jobs assigned by the HRBP.
Job Qualifications
- Education background: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration
- Work Experience: Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Language Skill: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer Skill: Good computer skills. MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point.
- Other Skills: Familiar with social media and other online platforms for recruitment.
