📋 Job Summary
The Front Office Manager will manage reservations, concierge services, guest check-ins/check-outs, and lead the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and inspire the front office team to ensure professional guest service.
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and guest complaints with professionalism.
- Oversee reservation systems and coordinate with third-party booking platforms.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless operations.
- Train and evaluate staff performance; create shift schedules.
✅ Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office role.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
- Familiarity with hotel PMS systems and guest management tools.
