Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources & Administrative Officer to oversee HR operations and office administration. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional passionate about people and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Support recruitment: schedule interviews, screen resumes, and onboard new hires.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist payroll preparation with accurate absence, bonus, and leave data.
- Administer employee benefits and leave tracking.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Assist with employee performance reviews and engagement activities.
Administration
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Organize and maintain company documents and files.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment.
- Make travel arrangements for staff as needed.
- Support event planning and meeting logistics.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Thorough understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); HR software a plus.
