Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources & Administrative Officer to oversee HR operations and office administration. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional passionate about people and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Support recruitment: schedule interviews, screen resumes, and onboard new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Assist payroll preparation with accurate absence, bonus, and leave data.
  • Administer employee benefits and leave tracking.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Assist with employee performance reviews and engagement activities.

Administration

  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Organize and maintain company documents and files.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment.
  • Make travel arrangements for staff as needed.
  • Support event planning and meeting logistics.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Thorough understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); HR software a plus.
