Job Purpose

The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Assist with product information and service requests.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Support internal teams with customer insights.
  • Adhere to service policies and company standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Communication from a recognized university.
  • Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Minimum one (1) year in a similar role.
