Job Purpose
The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Assist with product information and service requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Support internal teams with customer insights.
- Adhere to service policies and company standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Communication from a recognized university.
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Minimum one (1) year in a similar role.
