Driver Job Vacancy at KEMRI - Kisumu
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely drive project vehicles as assigned for study activities by the study leadership
- Carry out daily routine checks on the vehicle before driving ensuring good condition of all parts and valid maintenance and service status
- Ensure maximum security of vehicle and all their accessories
- Ensure safety of passengers and cargo in the vehicle during transportation
- Monitor condition and performance of vehicle and promptly and timely report requirements to study administrator
- Carry out minor repairs and adjustments on the vehicle, and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Maintain record of movements and status of vehicles assigned to them
- Submit reports on vehicles as required by the study administrator
- Report any accidents and incidents experienced to the administrator in a timely way
- Transport staff members to various participants for study activities
- Assist in purchase, delivery and distribution of study supplies as needed
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the study leadership
