About the Position
The Aga Khan Hospital, Kisumu (AKHK) is seeking to recruit an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer. This role is critical for ensuring smooth operations in the CEO’s office and maintaining high levels of professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule including appointments and meetings.
- Draft, review, and dispatch correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Support the CEO in preparing presentations and reports.
- Coordinate internal and external communications.
- Plan and facilitate meetings including logistics, catering, and tech setup.
- Oversee travel arrangements: flights, visas, and accommodation.
- Record and track action points from meetings.
- Manage filing systems and maintain confidentiality of documents.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar executive support role.
- Strong planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
