We are a new Club set to open in Kisumu. Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager. You will support the F&B Manager in overseeing daily restaurant and kitchen operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing F&B operations and staff scheduling.
- Monitor service quality and respond to customer feedback.
- Help oversee inventory control and coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards are upheld.
- Support planning and execution of events and banquets.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other basic computer applications.
- Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
