Job Description / Responsibilities
Front Office Management
- Welcome and receive visitors professionally and courteously.
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area and logbook.
Schedule & Diary Management
- Manage daily calendars for 4–5 managers and directors.
- Set up meetings and send reminders for all appointments.
Administrative Support
- Take minutes and share action items post-meetings.
- Support filing, petty cash tracking, and document handling.
Customer Service & Retention
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Build strong relationships to ensure customer loyalty.
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate communication between departments and leadership.
- Assist in planning company meetings and events.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in real estate or customer service.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
- Professional appearance and MS Office proficiency.
- Experience handling confidential info and petty cash.
