We are seeking a reliable and experienced Household Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private home. The ideal candidate will ensure the household runs smoothly by supervising staff, maintaining order, managing errands, and supporting the family’s needs with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate domestic staff (housekeepers, nannies, gardeners, cooks).
- Ensure the house remains clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Manage shopping for household supplies and groceries.
- Handle household budgets and petty cash.
- Coordinate repairs, deliveries, and service appointments.
- Assist in planning events, handling travel logistics, and visitor management.
- Manage laundry and wardrobe organization or oversee delegated staff.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, order, and discretion at all times.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage teams effectively.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy.
- Familiar with smartphone or basic tech tools for communication.
