Role Description
This is a reliever position for a HR Assistant in Kisumu. The role supports HR functions including managing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), benefits administration, and HR management tasks such as training coordination and maintaining employee records.
Qualifications
- Skilled in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Experience with HRIS and Benefits Administration
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate training sessions
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
- Experience in NGO HR roles is an added advantage
