Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Manage appointment bookings and visitor logs.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to clients.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Requirements

  • Experience as a receptionist or front office representative will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Minimum KCSE certificate; diploma in Office Administration is an added advantage.
