The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and will play a crucial role in maintaining the company’s image and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Manage appointment bookings and visitor logs.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to clients.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Requirements
- Experience as a receptionist or front office representative will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Minimum KCSE certificate; diploma in Office Administration is an added advantage.
