Salesperson / Store Attendant - Kisumu
Job Summary
The store sales attendant will be required to actively engage with walk-in clients at the store and close sales opportunities. The role blends inventory control with customer service and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming stock.
- Organizing and maintaining the store inventory.
- Conducting regular stock audits and reporting discrepancies.
- Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and secure at all times.
- Assisting customers with locating products and providing excellent service.
- Optimizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Meeting weekly and monthly target sales.
- Supporting marketing activations within the store.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
