Sales Team Leader - Check-Off Loans Division
Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to manage our check-off loan agents network, drive sales performance, and build strong institutional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
- Recruit, onboard and retain quality sales agents
- Ensure comprehensive product training for all agents
- Equip agents with necessary marketing materials
- Manage agent network relationships and motivation
Sales Operations
- Design and implement activation calendars
- Set and monitor daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Collect and submit quality converting leads
- Align marketing messages across the team
Institutional Partnerships
- Onboard new institutional partners
- Maintain strong partner relationships
- Train partners on check-off products
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends and competition
- Provide field feedback to management
- Identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's in Economics, Commerce or related field
- 1+ years experience with check-off loans
- Proven business development/sales experience
- Strong understanding of payroll deduction products
- Team leadership and coaching abilities
