Job Summary

We are a growing beauty brand specializing in wigs, braids, and Black hair care. Our salon and retail store are based in Ontario, but our audience is expanding fast. We’re looking for someone who can take our social media presence to the next level with strong visuals, creative content, and real engagement. This is a 100% remote role with preference given to applicants based in African countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for Instagram and TikTok
• Film, edit, and publish short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, etc.)
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and hashtags that connect with our audience
• Monitor performance and recommend ways to increase reach and engagement
• Collaborate with our team for product launches, salon events, and special campaigns
• Stay ahead of beauty trends and viral content ideas

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts (especially in beauty or fashion)
• Skilled in video editing using mobile apps or tools like Adobe, CapCut, InShot
• Confident with Reels, transitions, trending sounds, and storytelling
• Understands Black beauty culture and local Canadian audiences
• Highly creative, organized, and proactive
