The role involves overall warehouse support, maintaining proper inventory records, facilitating efficient picking, and supporting logistics planning and reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in fast-paced FMCG warehousing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily supervision of order loading processes.
  • Participate in daily and monthly physical stock-taking and reconciliation.
  • Support logistics planning and route creation.
  • Maintain SKU segregation and proper locator arrangement.
  • Champion warehouse housekeeping and supervise order picking.
  • Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with inventory officer on receiving and dispatch recording.
  • Post production data and transfers using SAP.
  • Verify delivery notes and forward them to accounts.
  • Receive packaging materials and issue to departments.
  • Maintain safety and security standards in the warehouse.
  • Report incidents or challenges promptly.
  • Train staff on warehouse SOPs.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Certificate in Logistics and Warehousing Management.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role within the FMCG sector.
  • Basic computer literacy and working experience with SAP.
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and high integrity.
  • Strong work ethic and accountability.
