🌟 What You’ll Do

🗂️ Office Administration & Coordination

  • Support the MD and senior staff in administrative duties
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person client queries
  • Oversee workspace ambiance—furniture, layout, and décor

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Team Supervision

  • Supervise office assistants and casual workers
  • Manage supply needs and attendance tracking

🤝 Stakeholder Liaison

  • Be the go-to between management, clients, and suppliers
  • Ensure smooth communication flow across the board

💸 Financial & Record Administration

  • Process petty cash or payment approvals
  • Manage inventory records and company documents

📱 Social Media Management

  • Create, schedule, and post content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok
  • Engage with followers, respond to messages and monitor insights

🛡️ General Support & Compliance

  • Follow company policy and confidentiality standards
  • Take initiative in any emerging operational needs

✅ Your Profile

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, or Office Management
  • 2–3 years experience in office-based work; social media skills a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, Meta Suite
  • Organized, professional, and people-oriented
  • High attention to detail and trustworthiness
