🌟 What You’ll Do
🗂️ Office Administration & Coordination
- Support the MD and senior staff in administrative duties
- Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person client queries
- Oversee workspace ambiance—furniture, layout, and décor
🧑🤝🧑 Team Supervision
- Supervise office assistants and casual workers
- Manage supply needs and attendance tracking
🤝 Stakeholder Liaison
- Be the go-to between management, clients, and suppliers
- Ensure smooth communication flow across the board
💸 Financial & Record Administration
- Process petty cash or payment approvals
- Manage inventory records and company documents
📱 Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and post content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok
- Engage with followers, respond to messages and monitor insights
🛡️ General Support & Compliance
- Follow company policy and confidentiality standards
- Take initiative in any emerging operational needs
✅ Your Profile
- Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, or Office Management
- 2–3 years experience in office-based work; social media skills a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, Meta Suite
- Organized, professional, and people-oriented
- High attention to detail and trustworthiness
