🔍 Key Purpose
The Account Developer identifies and implements new business opportunities while ensuring superior customer service and retail execution within the assigned territory.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential dealers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent service delivery.
- Create and manage account plans aligned with sales forecasts and product strategies.
- Monitor assets including coolers, vehicles, and fountain equipment for maximum ROI.
- Implement promotional campaigns and trade displays for increased product visibility.
- Maintain credit limits, manage outstanding accounts, and avoid stock hold situations.
- Conduct market surveys and provide feedback on competition and market shifts.
🎓 Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Commerce or Business-related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced commercial or FMCG environment.
- Experience in HORECA/FMCG sales is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
