📌 Job Description
Influx is a global, people-powered customer support company looking to expand its remote support team in Kenya. We’re hiring Customer Support Agents with prior BPO/call center experience who can deliver excellent support across email, chat, and voice channels.
✅ Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer support or call center role
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills (no native accent)
- Ability to handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls, emails & chats
- Available to work weekend shifts on a rotating basis
- Strong empathy, resilience, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable internet and home workspace setup
- Proven track record of achieving KPIs and customer satisfaction
🎯 Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Ensure timely resolution of issues while delivering top-tier service
- Follow up and escalate unresolved issues when necessary
- Meet client KPIs: Call handling, CSAT scores, QA targets
- Communicate clearly with teammates and managers
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
