📌 Job Description

Influx is a global, people-powered customer support company looking to expand its remote support team in Kenya. We’re hiring Customer Support Agents with prior BPO/call center experience who can deliver excellent support across email, chat, and voice channels.

✅ Minimum Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer support or call center role
  • Fluent English with excellent communication skills (no native accent)
  • Ability to handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls, emails & chats
  • Available to work weekend shifts on a rotating basis
  • Strong empathy, resilience, and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable internet and home workspace setup
  • Proven track record of achieving KPIs and customer satisfaction

🎯 Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues while delivering top-tier service
  • Follow up and escalate unresolved issues when necessary
  • Meet client KPIs: Call handling, CSAT scores, QA targets
  • Communicate clearly with teammates and managers
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions

🎓 Education

Diploma or Associate’s Degree (preferred in business, communication, or IT)
