- Welcome and direct visitors appropriately.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting rooms.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and parcels.
- Support sales operations and respond to inquiries.
- Keep reception and office area clean and presentable.
- Provide general administrative assistance when needed.
🎯 Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
